General Questions

  • WHAT AMENITIES COME WITH A RESERVATION?

    We look forward to serving you with the highest level of integrity and reliability. All of our vehicles are fitted with high-quality leather seating. Our vans are customized to provide hardwood flooring and 7 feet of head clearance for our taller guests. You’ll find a freshly cleaned vehicle pre-set to your temperature and audio preferences with complimentary bottled water waiting for your departure. All of our vehicles also include an assortment of standard charging cords should you need to charge a device on the go.

  • ARE THERE ANY EXTRA COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SERVICES?

    We work hard to ensure any associated costs are included in your quote or reservation details so you don’t have any unpleasant surprises when you’re on your way. There are additional fees should you need child seats, bring an animal along for the ride, require wifi service or request additional services such as meet and greet, special requests or extra stops. Be sure to mention any requests at the time of booking so we may provide you with an accurate estimate.

  • WHAT SIZE VEHICLE WILL I NEED?

    The size vehicle you should book will depend upon how many people will be travelling and how much luggage you plan to bring along. Please contact our team if you have special large items like musical instruments that may be larger than typical travel luggage to ensure we book the correct vehicles for you. In general, use the following guideline:

    • SEDAN: Maximum of 3 people, 3 pieces of luggage
    • SUV: Maximum of 6 people, 6 pieces of luggage
    • SPRINTER VAN 0R SIMILAR: Maximum of 14 people, 18 pieces of luggage
    • 20-PAX LIMO BUS: Maximum of 20 people
    • 24 PAX LIMO BUS: Maximum of 24 people, 24 pieces of luggage
    • 27/31 PAX EXECUTIVE BUS: Maximum of 30 people, 30 pieces of luggage
    • 40-PAX MOTORCOACH: Maximum of 40 people, 80 pieces of luggage
    • 55-PAX MOTORCOACH: Maximum of 55 people, 100 pieces of luggage
  • AM I LIMITED IN HOW MUCH LUGGAGE I CAN BRING?

    Your travel experience is personal, and you should be able to bring whatever it is you need with you on your journey. There is, of course, a limit to the space available within any specific vehicle, but we can accommodate your needs with our large selection of vehicle types and sizes. Please let us know how many pieces of luggage you plan to bring, and we can recommend the appropriate vehicle for your trip. The easy online booking form includes this detail and automatically shows you only the vehicle options that will work for your needs, so you can book with confidence online too! If you have items larger than a typical checked bag that you’ll be bringing, we recommend calling and speaking with an agent to ensure we can transport you and your luggage in one trip.

  • ARE CAR SEATS AVAILABLE?

    Travelling with children is tricky enough without trying to wrestle car seats out and bring them with. We offer 5-point harness and booster seats for children upon request for a small additional fee. Your chauffeur will have the seat installed prior to your departure time, and we ask that you inspect and confirm correct installation prior to embarking.

  • HOW DO I IDENTIFY MY DRIVER/VEHICLE?

    Prior to your travels, we’ll send an email with the name, phone number of your chauffeur to ensure you know who you’re looking for. Our chauffeurs also have a protocol to ensure they can identify and greet you properly. You may opt for text notifications to receive your chauffeur’s contact number should you need to communicate and updates on their location as we approach your scheduled departure time.

  • WHAT KIND OF NOTIFICATIONS DO YOU OFFER?

    We will send you an email confirmation upon booking with us for you to verify everything is scheduled as you intend. 12 hours prior to your travels, we’ll send a follow-up message with the name, phone number of your chauffeur to ensure you know who you’re looking for.


    On the day of your travels, you can opt to have text messages sent to you (and any other passengers designated) when the chauffeur is on the way, when they have arrived at your pickup location, when the passenger is on board, and when they have been dropped off at their destination.


    Billing invoices and payment receipts are sent via email. Should you have any questions along the way, your chauffeur or our reservation experts are here to help and we encourage you to give us a call.

  • WHAT CAN BE CUSTOMIZED FOR MY EXPERIENCE?

    When you travel with us, it should be in ultimate comfort. We are happy to set specific cabin temperatures and radio preferences at your request. Should you desire WiFi access during your trip, it is available for an additional fee. If you’d like your chauffeur to be waiting at a specific location, please let us know and we can set up Meet and Greet services.


    If you desire to have specific items for you or a special surprise for your special guests, please let us know. We can help provide flowers, balloons, chocolates, special beverage services and even roll out the red carpet for you!

  • CAN I RENT A VEHICLE FROM YOU?

    We appreciate people with a passion for driving, but our vehicles are not available for rent however you could always ask about our daily rate car with chauffeur.


Reservation Questions

  • HOW DO I BOOK ONLINE?

    Booking online is fast and takes just 3 easy steps for most bookings. If you’re looking to book service for a larger event, we recommend calling to speak with our knowledgeable event specialists.


    Know your travel details and enter them on our online booking form. Gather your information and know when you want to start your trip, your pick-up and drop-off destinations, how many people will be traveling, and how many pieces of luggage you will have with you.


    WHICH SERVICE TYPE TO CHOOSE:


    AIRPORT ARRIVAL for when you’ll need a ride from the airport to a local destination. Consider booking your departure travel while you’re here as well.

    AIRPORT DEPARTURE for when you’re heading to the airport. Consider booking your return travel while you’re here as well.

    POINT TO POINT for when you’re going from one specific location to another. You may opt to book this as a round trip.

    HOURLY for when you have multiple destinations. You may opt to direct the locations while on the road, or pre-plan them at the time of booking.

  • WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY RESERVATION?

    We understand that plans change, and do our best to accommodate your needs as quickly and easily as possible. Should your needs change, please give us a call as soon as possible so our friendly and experienced staff can help you make necessary adjustments and ensure we have a vehicle and chauffeur available for you.


    Sometimes you may need to cancel your reservation. Should that occur, please note the following:


    1. There is a non-refundable deposit collected on hourly bookings.
    2. There is a $10 non-refundable deposit collected on airport transfers. Any remaining fee would be refunded so long as cancellation notice is received at least 4 hours in advance. Cancellations received with less than 4 hours notice are charged full price.
  • HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU HAVE TO BOOK IN A RESERVATION?

    We offer several reservation types to accommodate travel of various lengths at the best possible pricing. Airport and Point to Point reservations do not have a time minimum. Should you desire an hourly service, we do have a three hour minimum.

  • CAN I BOOK SERVICE ON THE SAME DAY?

    Although we are not a taxi service and generally operate on pre-arranged bookings, we do have the resources to frequently accommodate same day requests. These requests require a higher level of attention and often require the rearrangement of vehicle and chauffeur schedules to accommodate. Because of the additional service required, there could be additional charges on ASAP service fee for same day service. 

  • CAN I HIRE A VEHICLE/DRIVER FOR A WEEKEND OR EXTENDED PERIOD?

    Absolutely! Team events and other functions often require a few day span. There are more details to consider when booking a reservation of this length, so please give our team a call and we can help you make the perfect plan.

  • ARE THE ONLINE QUOTES ACCURATE?

    The online quoting tool is provided for your convenience, and is a very good guideline to give you an idea of final price. When you submit the form, our service agents will review the quote and confirm final pricing with you

  • HOW CAN I CONTACT MY CHAUFFEUR?

    One hour before your ride, we will text you your chauffeur's name and number so you may communicate directly should you need to do so.


    With 24-hour support in the office, you can always call, chat, or email with our office staff as well.


Airport Service Questions

  • WHAT IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED OR CANCELED?

    We ask for your flight details when you book with us so that we can monitor your flight and adjust our transportation times accordingly, getting you to and from the airport without worrying about the need to adjust with us. Should your flight be cancelled, we know that is out of your control, and will work with you to adjust or cancel your ride as needed.

  • WHAT IF I CHANGE MY FLIGHT?

    If you change the flight you'll be coming in on, you will need to contact us to update the flight information for your reservation. Without hearing from you, we won't know that your flight and arrival time has changed.


    Please notify us as soon as possible regarding your flight adjustments so that we can avoid late change charges and can ensure we have your chauffeur ready and waiting for you at your new arrival time.

  • WHERE DO I MEET MY DRIVER AT THE AIRPORT?

    There are two options for meeting your driver at the airport (specified at time of reservation):


    1. Meet and Greet Airport pick-up: Our chauffeur will park his vehicle and meet you inside of the airport terminal. He will be holding a personalized name sign so that he is easily identifiable.


    • Domestic Flights – Passengers will meet the chauffeur inside the terminal in the baggage claim area.
    • International Flights – Passengers will meet the chauffeur inside the terminal outside of Customs.

    2. Express Airport pick-up: The chauffeur will pick you up outside the terminal instead of parking and meeting you inside. Curbside pick-up driver will drive by door exit number suggested by client. Express pick-ups are perfect for clients who prefer a quicker exit from the airport and by avoiding parking fees, is more cost effective. The proper procedure for an express pick-up is as follows:


    When you have secured your luggage and are ready to be picked up please call the assigned driver phone number and inform your terminal number or airport location (door number/area number).

    The chauffeur, who will be waiting in the limousine holding lot, will pull up to a terminal door or passenger pickup area. 

    The chauffeur will also have a personalized name sign in the window if requested during booking and/or his hazard lights on.


Food & Beverages

  • CAN I EAT AND DRINK IN THE VEHICLE?

    Absolutely. We know that many of our guests are running on tight schedules and need to make the most of their travel time. You are welcome to eat and drink while traveling with us.

  • DO YOU PROVIDE ANY BEVERAGES (ALCOHOL/NA)?

    We provide bottled water, and can provide non-alcoholic beverages upon request. Should you desire alcoholic beverages during your trip, you are welcome to bring them and enjoy them on the way. We can provide ice, ice buckets and champagne flutes upon request. Additional charges apply for beverage requests.

  • CAN MY DRIVER PICK UP ITEMS LIKE COFFEE OR FOOD ORDERS DURING MY TRANSPORTATION EXPERIENCE?

    Should you desire to have a special order waiting for you in the vehicle, please add details to the comments on the reservation form or speak with our staff. We can make arrangements to make purchases (with some exceptions such as alcoholic beverages) on your behalf. Please be aware that charges for your chauffeur services begin when we start travel for these added services.


Safety

  • ARE THERE ANY HEALTH RELATED PROTOCOLS?

    Your comfort and safety is our top priority. Our chauffeurs are happy to accomodate at your request, and our vehicles are cleaned throughout the day to provide the safest environment possible for you while you are with us. We know there are different levels of comfort and preference.

  • DO DRIVERS NEED SPECIAL LICENSES?

    All our chauffeur are required to optain a Chauffeur ID License  on the county which services are offered. Additional special licenses required to drive larger vehicles. All  chauffeurs with Luxury Limousine Group must have gone through background checks, extensive and ongoing training, and operate to the highest industry standards.


    All chauffeurs operating our larger vehicles have all required licensing and certifications to get you to your final destination safely.

  • DO DRIVERS PARTICIPATE IN ONGOING SAFETY TRAINING?

    All of our chauffeurs are Defensive Driver Certified.They also receive ongoing training throughout the year to ensure safety remains a top priority. From handling high traffic situations to navigating in inclement weather, when you travel with us, you’re travelling with an experienced individual dedicated to getting you to your destination safely and on time.

  • ARE YOUR VEHICLES SAFE?

    Our fleet is composed of high quality newer models and undergoes daily maintenance checks to ensure you have a safe and reliable experience every trip. Our chauffeurs offer an additional inspection point prior to each ride to ensure they arrive for your trip in a vehicle that is in like-new condition.
